Hire Information and Terms & Conditions

Definitions by law:

From here on in by stating 'The Owner' we mean Your Elegant Occasions Limited 

'We', 'Us' and 'Our means the supplier of the goods.

'You' or 'Your' means the hirer of the goods.

'Goods' means all products hired by us to you.

Hire Information: 

1.       All goods remain our property, but, are the responsibly of the hirer whilst in your possession.

2.       Any products lost, returned damaged, faulty or broken must be replaced by the hirer. The amount taken from the deposit will amount to the cost value for us.

3.       All booking deposits are deducted from the final bill.

4.       A damage deposit of £100 will be required for the hiring of sweet buffets and/or sweet centrepieces. The damage deposits are to cover the goods hired from staining, damage, breakages or lost items. The deposit will be returned subject to inspection of goods and will be returned within 3 weeks of your event. The amount taken from the deposit will amount to the cost value for us. If your deposit equates to less than the damage costs we will pursue you for the remainder.

5.       We will contact you 3 weeks prior to the event to finalise the details

6.       You will need to notify us of any changes to you order, final numbers and make final payment 3 weeks before your event.

Delivery, Collection and Set Up:

 

1.       Delivery, set up and collection of hire products will be free of charge.

2.       We will deliver the products on the morning of your event and collect them the next morning (unless arranged otherwise), subject to your chosen venues regulations. 

3.       Should we be unable to collect, due to the venue regulations, you will need to make arrangements with us at to when and where we can collect them from.

4.       Delivery charges for products that are purchased, not hired, will be shown at the point of purchase.

 VAT:

We are VAT exempt and therefore you will not be liable to pay any VAT on your order(s), this will remain true until such time that we do become VAT registered. VAT charges will then be indicated on your invoice/receipt.

Cancellation: 

If you cancel your order you will forfeit any booking deposit(s) that you have paid

Terms and Conditions:

1.       All goods hired remain the property of the Owner

2.       The hirer will be solely responsible for the goods and ensuring their safety during the period of hire, the period of hire is between the delivery time and collection time.

3.       We shall not be held responsible for any injuries or damage to any persons or property during the time of hire.

4.       It is the responsibility of the hirer to inform the venue staff that Your Elegant Occasions Limited will be providing you with your goods.

5.       The hirer must inform us of the timings and room arrangement(s) 3 weeks prior to the event

6.       All monies owed need to be paid in full 3 weeks prior to your event.
